5. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

- Evaluation: Our customer service team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or photos of the product.
- Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided, ensuring it is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. The cost of shipping the product to us is the customer’s responsibility.
- Repair or Replacement: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and, at our discretion, repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product of the same model or an equivalent model.
6. Turnaround Time
We aim to process warranty claims within 7 days of receiving the returned product. The actual time may vary depending on the nature of the defect and the availability of replacement parts or products.
7. Limitation of Liability
FTI Sol’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
8. Changes to Warranty Policy
